Having served on many boards that have completed retreats, I would rate the organization and implementation of the one Caryn facilitated recently for the Ojai Education Foundation near the top. The agenda was ambitious yet possible to complete. Much of that success was due to Caryn whose firm but respectful style made it clear when it was time to move on the next item. Her "performance" was absolutely first-rate.
